All classes are 2.5 hours unless specified otherwise. Parking is limited and mostly available on the street. When entering the building, please use the side entrance (there will be ample signage and indication of where to go). Coffee, wine, and water will be available throughout class.
About the instructor: Chef Paola Carcamo shares her culinary talents as sous chef at the Sheraton Grand in Downtown Los Angeles. Chef Paola leads kitchen teams both for the hotel and the hotel’s restaurant, District in the Block. Paola is a nonstop, on-the-go foodie whose small frame and infectious accent belie her fierce cooking skills. Chef Paola will make sure you feel at home, and walk away with some great recipes you can repeat at home!
