About Chef Luigi Fineo:

A Michelin-starred chef and native of the Puglia region of Italy, Luigi grew up with an appreciation for the finest produce from the Mediterranean region. Chef Luigi honed his culinary craft alongside acclaimed chefs in Tuscany, before moving to Los Angeles. It is here that Luigi is  awarded a Michelin star for his work at La Botte Ristorante in Santa Monica, making him the youngest Italian chef in the U.S. to earn this honor.


About Gemmario Villa:

Gemmario’s charisma and passion for his work are immediately evident upon meeting him. He has taught as a wine and food educator at UCLA, The Getty Museum, and the Italian Cultural Institute. Villa has spent over 15 years teaching and traveling around Europe and America. He is a delight to learn from and speak with, and we are honored to have him join us!
