Kid’s Pasta Class with Chef Matthew Criswel & Parent Wine Room

Let your kids indulge in fresh pasta making, from creating the dough all the way through to rolling it out and making fettuccine or spaghetti pasta. Menu varies with each class but typically includes Fettuccine Bolognese, Ravioli, Cheesy Meatballs, Chocolate Cannoli.

Meanwhile, adults can lounge in the back dining room while trying sommelier-recommended wines, focusing on a different wine nation and region each class.

Both kids and adults will sit down in the dining area after class to enjoy what the kids have concocted!

Paper recipes are provided at the start of class, and a pdf of all recipes will be emailed after class.

About the Instructor: Chef Matthew Criswell has been delighting fortunate LA clients with his culinary creations for over two decades.  Matthew specializes in all things homemade from scratch – whether it’s butter, beer, or bread. He is a joy both to work with and learn from – you will leave having enjoyed a memorable afternoon!
