If you’re looking to improve your culinary skills during this unexpected downtime, join chef Ashley for a 45-minute knife skills class. Students will dice, chop, and slice ingredients that will all go into a delicious Tuscan white bean soup!

Ingredients you will need*:

  • 3 Unpeeled Garlic Cloves
  • 1 Onion
  • 1 Carrot
  • 1 Celery Stalk
  • 4 Ounces Pancetta or Ham
  • 1/2 Cup Olive Oil
  • 1 15-Ounce Can Whole Peeled Tomatoes
  • 3 15-Ounce Cans Cannellini Beans
  • Chicken Broth
  • 1 Sprig Fresh Rosemary
  • 1 Bunch Kale
  • Parmesan for Grating

Once students sign up, they will receive an email detailing:

  • Equipment needed (nothing fancy!)
  • Instructions for joining class

*If you are unable to procure all ingredients listed, don’t fret! Respond via email with what you have on hand, and chef Ashley will come up with alternatives for you. Substitutions are most welcome during this time.
