This class is ideal for those of you who would love to enjoy a hearty, healthy, and most of all delicious vegetarian meal once in a while (or every day). The focus will be bright, seasonal, and inventive dishes that take no more than one hour from start to finish.

Menu: Lentil & Mushroom Meatballs with Heirloom Tomato Sauce, Winter Minestrone Soup with Pesto Breadcrumbs, Udon Noodles with Rich Mushroom Broth, Chickpea & Coconut Curry with Cashew-Curry Sauce
